So we need help solving this mystery. The bed the cat was laying on was in the room behind the gate when we went to bed and it was here when we woke up. The gate was closed, the dog was in her crate and I'm pretty sure no one was sleepwalking.
Jess is poor right now. She has conjunctivitis :( We got her in to the vet today after I noticed it this morning. Poor pup has her temp taken, had to have her corneas looked at (green fluorescent dye) and then she had meds shot up her nose. And now we have to goo her eye twice a day for 10 days. Fortunately we got some snow today so she can go run around like a yahoo in the dog park tomorrow.

So Joel has found something really neat for us. I got an email for a link he wanted me to check out www.spokanenordic.com/winterfest. It sounds really neat. He got us signed up for the relay and the cider trail and for lessons. I don't know if he signed us up for the Swedish dog sledding ski thing but I'm pretty sure he and Jess would have a really good time doing it.
I guess we have a winter storm warning for Friday. It would be kind of neat because we haven't really had snow yet. I am also ok with it because I get off of work at noon so I can be home for the rest of the weekend (Joel still has to go to work but he doesn't have to drive quite as far, plus he likes driving in the snow).
Miss you all!

Finally

So I finally sat down and got this thing started. Thank Joel because he's the one who set it up and is probably going to fix things for me :) We are all doing well. We have had a couple of nice days out here almost spring-like. I took Jess to the dog park today so she could stretch her legs some and then wished I had thought about bringing a few more towels. The middle part of the park where all the dogs like to run around was a mud puddle but she was happy so it was worth it.
Joel is currently working on school stuff. He is trying to get on track to get graduated and certified in a year and a half so that he can apply for a job starting with the next fall school year. It's kind of neat listening to some of the online lectures. There is a lot more to teaching then I thought. I got in touch with the PA program today to check and see if my education prerequisites are what I need. Hopefully I will hear back soon and can get started on studying for the GRE.
We still haven't really gotten a good snow out here. It has dusted a couple of times but it doesn't stick around. I keep hearing about how everything is hitting the rest of the country though. I am sure we will get ours soon though.
So I'm still working on the photos. Hopefully next time I'll get it together. I guess google stuff doesn't like talking to apple stuff so I have to do something to get my photos from apple to google. Gotta love technology :)
